I'm Julie, and I help women

become more badass and empowered

so they can gain unstoppable confidence while learning how to lift weights.


When clients come to me, they're usually feeling...

  • Low Self Esteem 

    I don't like how my arms look. I don't like that I can't run around with my kids. I have to buy a whole new wardrobe! Have you ever said those things to yourself? We have all been there but we don't need to stay there. 

  • Poor Body Image

    Do you look in the mirror and not like what you see? Have you gone through your entire closet and feel like nothing fits? Many of us feel the same way and put on the clothes that make us feel "ehh." Let's put in the work and be able to put on those clothes and say, "I feel like a badass!"

  • Feeling that you don't know what to do next 

    I go through this every year. I just want to feel different. I wish that I could try weightlifting. That just looks scary. Just remember - we all have to start somewhere and we all have started at the beginning. It will NOT be that scary. We can do this together!


That's where I come in.

We all want to feel confident, be badass, have unstoppable confidence.

As a Muscle & Mindset Coach, this is what we will do together: 

  • 6 1:1 Coaching Sessions 

    We will meet 1:1 over the course of the next 6 weeks to work on your goals together 

  • Email/ Text support between session

    Have a question and we don't meet until next week? Reach out for some added support and have your question answered now! (Response times will be limited to certain hours. 

  • Muscle & Mindset Worksheets 

    You will receive worksheets that will help you achieve the goals that we have set up for you!

​Hi, I'm Julie.

Did you know that there are more women weightlifters that I know than men? Maybe it's telling, maybe it's a coincidence - but join those ranks with me! That feeling when you can lift more weight than the boys in the gym next to you. That is the feeling, that is what puts that smile on your face, that is what it will be like to work with me!

    I have 2 elementary school kids. I have been in the same place as you where I don't know who I am, who I want to be and how am I even going to fit it all in?

  • There have been the days that I didn't like how I looked

    I have gone out and bought all new clothes, I have a never ended donation pile of clothes that I don't like how they fit, But - I have been able to get to the point where I look at a video and say "damn, there is some muscle definition there!" 

  • I know the chaos that we can have in our lives. 

    School, sports, family time, me time - how do we fit it all in?!?! I am in that phase of life and I get you!
